Given the rewards the palace hands out, it's worth your attention for the whole event, even though it's only a temporary affair away from your main farm.

The Charming sugar palace is an event attraction you'll only find on the temporary Candy farm during the village festival. You don't buy it in the shop like a normal building, you get it as part of the event and build it up step by step from the candy produced in the candy factory. Every completed level hands you a reward that lands in the temporary storage on the Candy farm and comes in handy back on your main farm too. The building has 16 levels and is aimed at players who want to squeeze everything out of the event, because without it you'll miss out on a lot of rewards.

When to build it

There's no point putting the sugar palace off, because the whole Candy farm is only around for 30 days and once it closes everything you've built there disappears. The best move is to start building on day one of the event and keep feeding it candy from the factory, so you have enough time for all 16 levels. You only build one, since it's a unique event building you can't put up multiple times like a normal production structure.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading works differently here than with regular buildings, each of the 16 levels hands you a specific reward into the temporary storage once it's finished, so it pays to get as far as you can and not stop halfway. The higher you climb, the more rewards you take back to your main farm, so it's worth planning your candy factory production around it for the whole event.
