What it's for
The cat tree is where your very own farm cat lives. Give your cat regular attention and your farm will receive additional happiness. Furthermore, your cat will learn a new activity for each cat tree upgrade.
The cat tree on the Flower farm works exactly like its counterpart elsewhere - a cat lives in it and brings happiness as long as you give her attention. Just like the doghouse on this farm, this building has a higher entry price and a later unlock than on the Gourmet farm. It has no production and no workers, it is purely a happiness bonus. It suits players who want to top up happiness on the Flower farm without any further upgrading.
When to build it
It unlocks at player level 40 for 250 000 dollars, twelve levels later than the doghouse on the same farm. Since it has one fixed price and cannot be upgraded any further, the best move is to build it right when it unlocks - a better moment will not come along.
Is it worth upgrading
The tree has no further levels, so the investment ends with that one build. How much it actually gives you depends on how regularly you come back to the cat and look after her, not on how much extra money you pour into the building.
