What it's for

Mixed feed is a secondary product for all animal buildings on the main and gourmet farm. Unlike accelerating or effective feed, according to the in-game description it has no specific focus, it just generally improves yield and production time. Like the other feeds it has no recipe and can't be bought in the shop. In the farm economy it's a universal bonus for animal buildings when you don't need to decide whether you want speed or more pieces.

How to get it

There is no recipe for mixed feed in the game and it isn't bought in the shop, so you get it only from mission rewards, from events or from mystery boxes in the temporary storage. The fastest route to it is mainly keeping up with in-game missions and events, there is no production shortcut.

What to do with it

You use it in all animal buildings, where it improves both yield and production time in a balanced way, without pulling in one specific direction.

Tip from a veteran player I reach for it when I'm not sure whether speed or quantity matters more to me, because it raises both at once.

Most common mistake Don't expect mixed feed to have the same strong effect as accelerating or effective feed in their specialty, because it is deliberately universal, not top-notch in one direction.
