What it's for
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but you need more than one apple to make juice so this should be enough to keep a whole hospital away!
Apple juice is another early good available from level 1, on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm. It's made by pressing apples, so by nature it's a processed fruit product rather than a raw crop. You can't buy it in the shop, so here too the only way to get it is to make it yourself. Its base price of 6800 Dollars is significantly higher than popcorn's, so even a smaller batch is worth selling.
How to get it
Since the shop doesn't offer apple juice, you have to produce it in a production building on one of the three farms where it's available. It's unlocked from level 1, so you can start making it practically as soon as you set up your farm. If you're farming on more than one of those three farms at once, it pays to split the production so your capacity doesn't sit idle.
What to do with it
Apple juice isn't processed into any other product, so you sell it directly or use it to complete a customer contract when a customer asks for it. Given its high base price, it's worth watching whether it's currently in demand in contracts, because even smaller batches pay off nicely.
