The Sweetheart park is a special building you'll find in the shop for Gold and place on the Main farm. It doesn't produce any goods, needs no workers, and the construction finishes instantly. The building has only one level, so it can't be upgraded any further. It's a typical decoration for players who want to give their farm a romantic touch, not a building that will help your economy.

When to build it

It only makes sense to build it once your production buildings are sorted out and you have spare Gold you have nothing else to spend on anyway. Since it has no effect on production or goods, I wouldn't rush it early in the game, when Gold is better spent on speeding up construction or unlocking new farms.

Is it worth upgrading

The building has only one level, so there's no upgrade you could buy. What you buy is what you get, and you can't invest anything more into it.
