Master factory – Goodgame Big Farm

Master factory

Special buildings Cooperative village

It's an interesting cooperative project that rewards an active, well-coordinated cooperative, but it's no use at all to a lone player without a working cooperative.

What it's for

Your Master Factory is charged by the efforts of you and your fellow cooperative members in the Masters League. Once charged, the factory will begin production automatically at the end of the Masters League.

The Champions' factory stands in the Cooperative village, takes up 11x8 tiles and works completely differently from a regular production building - you don't buy it or build it the usual way, it gets charged up by the results you and the other members of your cooperative achieve in the Champions League. Once it's charged up at the end of the league, production starts automatically on its own. So it's a joint project of the whole cooperative, not a building for individuals, and without a working cooperative you won't get anywhere near it.

When to build it

Since the building isn't bought in the shop, the question of when to build isn't yours to answer, it's the whole cooperative's. Once the cooperative unlocks it, it pays to keep upgrading it to higher levels step by step, because according to the description a higher level also increases what gets charged into the factory from the Champions League results. There's no build time to wait through here, every level kicks in instantly, so the only thing that decides anything is how the whole cooperative performs in the league.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading goes through 20 levels and the price climbs from 5000 at level two up to 428,000 at level twenty, but you pay with Champions' factory XP, which the cooperative earns at the end of the Champions League. Build time stays at zero for every level, so you pay neither with time nor with dollars from production, only with league results. It's worth upgrading continuously as this XP comes in, because a higher level raises the payoff the cooperative takes away from the Champions League results.

Tip from a veteran player Push for the whole cooperative to take part in the Champions League - the Champions' factory XP that pays for upgrades flows in only from league results, and it's a shared reward multiplier for the whole cooperative, not just for you personally.
Most common mistake The most common mistake is treating the Champions' factory like a regular building that makes sense to handle on your own - in reality it depends on the whole cooperative's performance in the Champions League and on the village's shared economy, so a single player can't move its level by themselves.
