Holiday spirit is a special building with no production and no worker requirement - you put it up right away, because construction takes zero minutes. You buy it straight for 9,000,000 dollars from the farm treasury, so you do not need any gold for it. In the farm's economy it neither produces nor consumes anything, its only purpose is the look. It fits players whose dollar reserve is comfortable and who are looking for somewhere to send the surplus.

When to build it

There is no player level requirement here, so technically you can build it at any time - the only question is whether you have 9,000,000 dollars to spare.
