What it's for
This is a Pleasure Park stall that produces park pennies per visitor per second.
Rooster Henry's Herbs is a small stand in the Decoration Valley, 3x3 tiles in size, with a herb and rooster Henry theme. It is used to produce park pennies, the Fun Park currency you earn based on the number of happy visitors and how much they spend. You don't add it to your building collection by buying it in the shop but some other way, for example by completing a quest, unlocking a farm or during an event. Being the smallest of the stands compared here, it fits even in spots where there is no room left for the big attractions.
When to build it
Since the stand isn't bought for money or diamonds and comes to you another way, there isn't really any classic decision about when to build it - once you have it, it pays to place it in the park right away, otherwise it just sits in your inventory earning you nothing. It comes in handiest when you are putting together the layout of your park and want to fill the smaller gaps between decorations and the bigger stands.
Is it worth upgrading
Rooster Henry's Herbs has no levels and no classic upgrading for dollars. Its performance depends instead on how much happiness you create around it with decorations and how many other stands you combine it with, because the pennies come from the mix of visitors and their spending across the whole park. Beyond that, its performance depends on how you supply it with farm products for its lifetime - without supplies it stops working, and the longer a delivery lasts, the longer it keeps earning for you. Lifetime and the bonus tips can also be extended for gold.
