The Festive bank is a special building on the Festive farm where you exchange dollars for snow dollars, the main currency you spend at the trader on the Festive farm. According to its description the exchange rate is always in your favor, so this is a purely economic building with no production and no workers. It's meant for anyone playing the Festive farm who needs a steady flow of snow dollars for purchases and for upgrading the other festive buildings. It doesn't produce any goods of its own and doesn't give experience either, its only job is to be your exchange office.

When to build it

Build it the moment you unlock the Festive farm, because unlike most buildings the game lists no required player level for it and it doesn't need workers either. The lower levels cost only tens of thousands of snow dollars and go up in under an hour, so there's no reason to put it off.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading pays off gradually as your need for snow dollars on the Festive farm grows, because a higher level lets you exchange more at once. The final, eighth level is paid for in gold though, so at that point it comes down to whether you want to pour premium currency into your festive economy, or whether level seven for snow dollars is plenty for you.
