What it's for
This is a Pleasure Park stall that produces park pennies per visitor per second.
Dick the Duck's Delicacies is a stand from the Fun Park event that stands in the Decoration Valley and earns park pennies according to the number of visitors per second. Personally I treat it as an add-on to the event rather than part of the everyday economic cycle, because it is a separate layer of the game with its own rewards. At 5×4 it counts among the smaller stands, so it fits even into a cramped park layout. It suits anyone who dives into the Fun Park and wants to pull the worker rewards out of it, not anyone building up classic production.
When to build it
The stand isn't bought for dollars in the shop, you get it as part of the Fun Park event, either by completing a quest or from the trader right there in the park. Put it up as soon as you unlock it, because the sooner you supply it with products, the sooner it starts generating park pennies for you. How many of them it makes sense to own depends on the size of your Decoration Valley and on how many decorations you add alongside them, because during the event it pays to combine several stands with plenty of decorations at once.
Is it worth upgrading
Don't go looking for classic levels here, the stand can't be upgraded. What determines its performance instead is how well you meet its product requests, because you have to donate farm products to it so it reaches its minimum lifetime and can work in the park at all. Earnings are then driven mainly by the number of decorations around it, because the combination of stands and happiness from decorations multiplies the park pennies per hour. The stand's lifetime and the bonus tips can also be extended for gold, which is the only way to squeeze more out of it.
