What it's for
This is a Pleasure Park stall that produces park pennies per visitor per second.
Connie the Cow's Café is a stand in the Decoration Valley with a 4x4 footprint, themed around Connie the cow and coffee. Like the other Fun Park stands it generates park pennies from the number of visitors and their spending per second, so it is part of the earnings system in the Decoration Valley. You don't get it by buying it in the shop but some other way, for example through a quest, by unlocking a farm or during an event. At 4x4 it sits between Rooster Henry's Herbs and Al Paca's Antiques in size, which makes it a handy medium-sized addition to the park.
When to build it
Here too the stand isn't built for dollars but comes as a reward - as soon as you get it, place it in the park as early as you can, because in your inventory it earns you nothing. Given the 4x4 footprint, find it a spot where it won't get in the way of the decorations you want around your other stands.
Is it worth upgrading
Connie the Cow's Café has no levels and no classic upgrading for dollars. Its performance depends on how much happiness the decorations around it provide and on how regularly you supply it with farm products for its lifetime - once the supplies run out, it stops producing pennies. For gold you can also extend the lifetime and unlock or extend the bonus tips.
