What it's for
This is a Pleasure Park stall that produces park pennies per visitor per second.
Al Paca's Antiques is a stand in the Decoration Valley with a 5x3 footprint, so bigger than Rooster Henry's Herbs, styled around antiques with a llama theme. Like the other Fun Park stands it earns park pennies according to the number of visitors and their spending per second. You don't add it to your collection through the shop but another way, for example through a quest, by unlocking a farm or during an event. Thanks to its larger footprint it suits the more central parts of the park, where you have more room and want to get more out of a single building than the small stands can give.
When to build it
Since the stand has no price or building time in dollars and is a reward you get some way other than buying it, place it in the park the moment you receive it - as long as it sits unused in your inventory it earns you nothing. Given the larger 5x3 size it pays to plan a spot for it in advance rather than cramming it in among the decorations at the last minute.
Is it worth upgrading
Al Paca's Antiques has no levels and can't be upgraded for dollars. What its earnings depend on is mainly how much happiness you create around the stand with decorations and how you supply it with farm products, because supplying it is what keeps its lifetime running and the stand only really produces pennies while that lifetime lasts. Besides that, you can unlock or extend the bonus tips for gold and extend the stand's lifetime itself.
